Per 50 users a year is the monthly difference times 12 times 50. A percent the source stated is shown as recorded. Any other percent is calculated from the two prices.

Who is affected. Anyone renewing Business Basic, Business Standard, Office 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, F1, or F3 after that date. Business Premium stays at $22.

Before renewal

  • If the term renews after July 1, 2026, ask the CSP about renewing early or moving to a 3-year term to keep today’s rate.
  • Audit who actually uses desktop Office. Light users can drop to Basic. At the new prices, Standard is $14 and Premium is $22, and the source puts that gap at $8. Shops buying Intune or Defender separately should re-check Premium.
  • Under 300 seats, compare Office 365 E3 with Business Premium. True-up seats before you lock a renewal. On E5, see who can sit on E3 plus an add-on. On F1 and F3, remove stale frontline licenses first.
