Changed
Enterprise Agreement and MPSA volume discounts on online services are gone. Everyone pays Level A list price.
- Announced
- August 12, 2025
- Effective
- November 1, 2025
Price levels B, C, and D were removed on November 1, 2025. The source does not give a dollar amount or a percent, only that online services move to the single public price.
Who is affected
EA and MPSA customers who were buying online services below Level A.
Listed at Level A list price. The previous price was not in the source.
What to do before renewal
- Larger EA customers pay more at the next renewal, because levels B through D are gone.
- Get CSP quotes as well. The Enterprise Agreement may no longer be the cheaper channel.
Sources
List price is not your partner price. Read the source before you treat a figure as a quote.
